1. Yin- Feminine (left side)
a. Balanced- changing flow of emotions, compassionate, connection, nurturing, understanding, vulnerable, and warmth.
b. Out of Balance- controlling, critical, demanding, manipulative, over giving, and people pleasing.
2. Yang- Masculine (right side)

b. Out of Balance- aggressive, confrontational, controlling, critical, unstable, and unsupportive.
